Our Process
With our mold remediation process, Guardian can eliminate all mold within a property in 48 hours. The miraculous MX-12 enzyme is fogged throughout the property where it seeks out, breaks down, and destroys mold. Because MX-12 is applied as a fog, it does not require heavy demolition to reach and eliminate hidden mold, which would cost you in repair and reconstruction.

MX-12 survives by consuming mold growth and airborne mold spores.  It will continue to seek out and digest mold until all of it is gone.  Then the enzyme itself will die itself – leaving behind a protective barrier that prevents against future mold growth. 

After the remediation, we provide a post-sampling report, taken by an outside lab, to prove the job was successful.  We are available to work off hours and weekends, so we can remove the mold at a time of your convenience.
